Download a complete Garr Tool Windows 98 theme for your computer. You must have Windows 98 or XP to install the theme, although the screensaver will work on all Windows platforms.

Instructions (please follow these instructions thoroughly)

1. Click here and download garr_win98_theme.zip(2.49MB). Save it to your desktop or someplace that you have access to.

2. Double-click the garr_win98_theme.zip icon to unzip the files. You will need Winzip to extract the files.

3. Click the extract button on the upper toolbar in Winzip. Extract the files to a temporary folder.

4. Using Windows File Manager (explorer), browse to the location where you extracted the theme files.

5. Double-click the garrtheme.theme icon to install the theme.

6. Double-click the garrscreensaver_setup.exe to install the screensaver.

7. Done!
